Sand Control Screen

ANDMIR's Sand Control Screen consists of perforated base pipe, stainless steel fabricated jacket with punched slots and welded end rings. It has the following prominent features:         Accurately Controlled Width- controlled within 0.30~1.00mm with a ±0.05 mm.        

•          Anti-corrosion – Static slot geometry during sour service and high concentration of chlorides.
•          Anti-deformation – only a 2-3% reduction in pipe strength. 
•          Slot width will not change if there is a partial deformation.
•          Low Flow Resistance and Higher Productivity – 2-3 times higher than traditional slotted liner.
•          Localized Perforating
